FIEA Students Represent at The Virtual 2020 Intel University Games Showcase
April 29, 2020
Every year Intel host a video game development competition at GDC (Game Developers Conference). Due to the Corona virus this year, the event will be lived streamed on Thursday, April 30th at 3pm Pacific time.
Students from around the nation, including UCF’s FIEA program, will compete for $40K in hardware and prizes from Intel. Winners will be chosen in categories of gameplay, innovation and visual quality. There are 23 games that are in this showcase for 2020, so the competition will be intense!
This year, the FIEA student game chosen to compete is Malediction. Malediction is a third-person puzzle/platformer that gives you the ability to control space and time!
