UCF Downtown at Creative Village
All participants will get to experiment with new tech in a lab environment with computers preloaded with the required software. Ask questions, exhange ideas, and network with other STEAM educators and FIEA faculty.

Pick a Session: Morning, Afternoon, or Both
Subject to change. Schedule and official session topics will be announced soon! Art sessions will cover digital art, 2D art or 3D art, including Zbrush, Maya or Unreal Engine. Coding languages may include Scratch, Java or Python.

Morning Session

Take a tour of FIEA: Join our staff on a walking tour of the FIEA and Studio500 spaces in between sessions in our building.
Lunch: If you are attending both sessions, please make arrangements for lunch. Food will not be provided. Creative Village restaurants (Subway, Starbucks, The Monroe, Dunkin, and Qreate Coffee) are within walking distance.

UCF Downtown & Creative Village
An Innovation District in Downtown Orlando
Orlando’s Creative Village was born in 2005 when the doors opened for 12 students to the Florida Interactive Entertainment Academy, a unique graduate program established in partnership between the State of Florida, City of Orlando and University of Central Florida with a mission to create high-wage talent for the growing video game development industry.
Parking
Attendees can park directly on campus at UCF Downtown. There will be free parking available in the UCF Parramore Parking Garage (PG1). Please be aware of road closures due to the Martin Luther King, Jr. Day Parade.
