Orlando, FL – The UCF Florida Interactive Entertainment Academy (FIEA) graduate game development program welcomes its 19th Cohort with 69 students to UCF Downtown at the Creative Village.

The students are specializing in production management, level design, technical design, programming, 3D art, technical art and animation. The masters students come to FIEA from over 30 universities around the world, including such leading institutions as the University of Michigan, Georgia Tech, University of Florida, Johns Hopkins, Cornell, Worcester Poly, Florida Poly, University of San Francisco, Royal Institute of Technology, Texas A&M and UCF among others. The class is represented with 37% women, 10% international students and a Fulbright Scholar.

The Florida Interactive Entertainment Academy (FIEA) is a graduate program within the University of Central Florida’s Nicholson School of Communication and Media located at UCF Downtown in the Creative Village. The program is ranked as #1 in graduate game design programs in North America and Europe per The Princeton Review with graduates working at over 250 game companies and organizations around the world.
