Orlando, FL – The Florida Interactive Entertainment Academy (FIEA) welcomes 72 new graduate students today to UCF Downtown. The production, programming and art students come from leading universities and colleges around the world including Ohio State University, Georgia Tech, National Taipei University, Colorado School of Mines, Swarthmore College, University of Florida and UCF among others. The class includes 32% women and 8% of international students.

The Florida Interactive Entertainment Academy (FIEA) is a graduate program within the University of Central Nicholson School of Communication and Media located at UCF Downtown in the Creative Village. The program is ranked as #1 in graduate game design programs in North America and Europe per The Princeton Review with graduates working at over 250 game companies and organizations around the world.
