Joshua Cooper

Josh is FIEA’s computer support specialist, assisting all students, faculty and staff with the tools they need to make their visions come to life and stay running.

Josh Cooper earned his Master of Fine Arts in Emerging Media: Animation and Visual Effects from the University of Central Florida in 2023. Before pursuing his graduate studies, he worked at Aon Hewitt (now Alight) as a Systems Analyst, where he specialized in troubleshooting and resolving client issues. He also gained valuable experience at Seminole State College, contributing to multiple departments including Computer Telecommunication Services and the Tutoring Center.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Josh enjoys exploring Florida’s state parks, playing disc golf, surfing, and fishing. He is also passionate about creating short animations using software such as Houdini, Maya, and Nuke.
