Bio: Jim Jackson began his career in animation 26 years ago at the Walt Disney Feature Animation Studio in Orlando, Fla. He has worked on 11 feature films including “Beauty and the Beast,” “Aladdin,” “Lion King,” and “Lilo & Stitch.” He is credited with supervising and designing two Disney characters,the Grand Councilwoman in “Lilo & Stitch” and Kenai in “Brother Bear.” Currently at Blue Sky Studios, Jim has worked on “Rio,” “Epic,” “Ice Age: Continental Drift,” “Rio 2,” “Peanuts,” and “Ice Age: Collision Course” and he is currently working on his seventh feature film, “Ferdinand,” due for release in 2017.

About the Author:

John came to FIEA from SAIC, a leading systems, solutions and technical services company, where he was a web designer for 5 years. While at SAIC, John worked on projects for NASCAR, National Cancer Institute, Centers for Disease Control and other projects in the health sciences industry. Prior to joining SAIC, John graduated with a degree in Digital Media.
